Newbieget Labs is an AI operations and AI data services company. For website visitors and business contacts we act as a data controller. For client evaluation data processed during an engagement we act as a data processor, on the client’s instructions and under the terms of the executed agreement.

From the website: the details you submit through the contact form, being your name, work email, company, role, the interests you select and the message you write.

From an engagement: business contact details for the people we work with, and the client content required to perform the service.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share data with data brokers.

To respond to your enquiry and scope a possible engagement. To perform a contract once one exists. To meet legal and accounting obligations. Where consent is the basis, you can withdraw it at any time.

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 24 months. Engagement records are retained for the contractual term plus the period required by tax and company law. Client evaluation data follows the retention window in the SOW, with a deletion certificate at close.

Subject to applicable law, including the India DPDP Act 2023 and the GDPR where it applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and may object to processing. Write to the address below and we will respond within the statutory period.

Where we process client data as a processor, direct such requests to the client acting as controller. We will assist them in responding.

Delivery happens from India. Where personal data moves from another jurisdiction, transfers are covered by the mechanism agreed in the data processing addendum.

Material changes to this notice will be reflected here with a revised effective date. The version in force at the time of an engagement is the one recorded in the executed agreement.
