Buy boring. Build differentiating
Off-the-shelf software runs generic operations. Internal engineering is reserved for the quality-tracking layer that constitutes the actual edge. The per-item review trail, the gold-task engine, and the metric APIs behind every quality report.
We are deliberately tooling-agnostic. Nothing here asks you to adopt a platform, and the evidence layer is the only part we insist on.
Stack by function
What we buy, and what we build.
| Function | Today | Next | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
Contributor management | Airtable. Profiles, skills, NDA register | Custom contributor portal on Postgres | System of record for skills, scores and availability |
Task assignment | Client tooling + managed queues | Internal assignment service with score-weighted routing | Most clients mandate their own platform. We integrate, we do not replace |
Quality trackingBuild | Structured stores + scripted IAA and acceptance dashboards | QA datastore. Per-item review trail, gold-task engine, metric APIs | The differentiating build. Scripts start early so the data accumulates from day one |
Contributor payments | Automated payout rails with ledger reconciliation | Integrated payout with tax documentation | On-time pay is a retention weapon |
Dashboards & analytics | Metabase over the operational store | Warehouse + transformation layer | One live dashboard per program: throughput, quality, SLA |
DocumentationBuild | SOP pack and versioned rubric library | Internal program dashboard alongside | The rubric library is the transferable asset. It is what makes calibration portable |
Security & access | MFA, password management, least-privilege access | Managed devices, VDI for sensitive programs | Compliance automation onboarded ahead of SOC 2 |
Integration stance
We work inside your stack
Labs and platforms mandate their own annotation tooling, their own task queues and their own data environments. That is correct policy, and we do not fight it. Newbieget Labs is deliberately tooling-agnostic: our people work in your platform, under your access controls, and our quality layer runs alongside rather than in place of it.
- Work performed inside client environments by default. Data never leaves
- No proprietary platform you are asked to adopt
- Quality evidence exported in your format, not ours
- Benchmark harnesses handed over to run in your CI
